ChristianaCare to take over Havertown Crozer location

Delaware-based ChristianaCare is the successful bidder in an auction to take over operations of the programs and services at five of Crozer's outpatient locations, including on West Chester Pike in Havertown.

The Haverford Hawks are recruiting more players

The Hawks still need a few skaters for their 18A and 18AA teams and a goalie for their 12U team. If you're interested in joining, please register at HaverfordHawks.com.

THIS SUNDAY, JUNE 1 17th Annual Haverford Heritage Festival

Karakung Drive turns pedestrian‑only for music, colonial demos, crafts, local beer and kids’ activities—a summer‑kickoff tradition. The weather even looks dry! Event runs from 11 AM to 4 PM.

SATURDAY, JUNE 7 7th Annual Havertown Irish Festival

Two stages of Celtic acts, 70‑vendor Crafter Village, beer garden and kids’ fun zone—rain or shine, and it’s free. Event runs 12 PM - 8 PM at the Haverford School District Admin Building, 50 E. Eagle Road.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 11 Sunset Trail Running Series

"Anne's Purple for a Purpose: Race Against Pancreatic Cancer." Join your community as they run (3 miles), walk, and hike (1 mile) together to raise money to fight Pancreatic Cancer in memory of Anne Camoratto. Haverford Reserve Trails at 7 PM - $40
